Supported and managed booth exhibitions for the HI-COOK company

Project Overview：

HI-COOK (Thailand), a company specializing in food production machinery for factories, participated in “Propak 2024,” the largest food exhibition in Southeast Asia. Their goal was to expand their machinery sales channels and enter new markets. Mediator was entrusted with the booth’s installation and on-site management. We designed the layout based on the client’s needs and coordinated with the exhibition organizers to prepare all necessary equipment for the setup. The event drew a large number of interested visitors to the booth.

For this project, Mediator was entrusted with the entire process, from booth design to on-site management. This included coordinating the booth installation schedule with both the exhibition organizers and the client. We also arranged for experienced interpreters and ensured the smooth operation of the booth throughout the event.

A large number of visitors showed interest and visited the booth on the day of the event. Despite some minor issues, we were able to resolve them successfully. In this project, we maintained close communication and exchanged ideas with the client, allowing Mediator to understand their needs and manage the booth’s operations effectively. The key factor in the project’s success was our unified teamwork, which is a core strength of Mediator.
