I graduated with an associate's degree in marketing and worked in the hotel industry for nearly eight years. Since my family is in this business, I ended up in hotels by default. However, after continuously working in an accounting position, I realized it was not the path I wanted to continue on. I began looking for a company with a work style and field that I liked and came across Mediator.

I've always been fascinated by Japan's culture and food, and the idea of working with a Japanese organization sparked my interest, even though I had no prior experience with their work culture or travel to the country. Since I lacked experience in the available roles, I started as an administrator to learn and gain new skills. This has been a completely new experience for me, having spent my whole career in hotels. I love the opportunity to work with both Thai and Japanese colleagues, learning about Japanese culture, new work methods, and enjoying the great flexibility in my job.
