Visit JAPAN FIT Fair 2023

Project Overview：

As part of the 2023 Visit Japan (VJ) project, Mediator served as the organizer of “Visit Japan FIT Fair #15,” a major Japanese travel exhibition held in Bangkok from October 6th to 8th, 2023. The event featured booths from Japanese local government organizations, tourism promotion organizations, and travel-related companies, all aiming to promote tourism in Japan. At the same time, Thai airlines and travel agencies also participated to sell Japan travel products. The event was recognized as one of the largest Japanese travel exhibitions of its kind.

Work Details：

• Provided overall event planning, including venue, stage performances, and layout.
• Managed comprehensive venue logistics (venue coordination, overall visual design, construction supervision, and staff arrangement).
• Served as the primary liaison for on-site event organization and project progress management.
• Assisted exhibitors (managed inquiries, and organized the lottery for booth placement).
• Managed event PR activities (conducted advertisements on public transportation, secured VIP attendees like Thai celebrities, and produced advertising visuals).

This was a large-scale event with the goals of increasing the number of tourists from Thailand to Japan and boosting tourism spending through the sale of travel products from travel agencies and airlines, as well as the dissemination of travel information from Japanese local governments and organizations. This event was a significant test of the team’s capabilities and was a tremendous success, achieved through Mediator’s unified efforts.
