Nomura Research Institute Thailand 10th Anniversary Event support

Project Overview：

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of its establishment in Thailand in 2023, NRI Consulting & Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd. held an anniversary celebration. The event invited not only NRI Thailand staff but also relevant officials from the Thai government and the Japanese Embassy. Following welcome speeches from each representative, a quiz contest about NRI was held to add to the fun. Mediator was entrusted with supporting the event from stage backdrop design to various operational aspects./p>

Work Details：

• Designed the stage backdrop, banners, signage, and more.
• Managed venue logistics.
• Assisted in designing the party schedule and guest registration process.

Mediator has extensive experience assisting with various anniversary events, including designing planning documents and event schedules, managing the event atmosphere, and handling VIP guests. For this event, we helped create an engaging and appealing atmosphere through close communication with the client and by leveraging our experience. Listening to the client’s needs and maintaining ongoing dialogue helped us gain their understanding and trust, ultimately resulting in a final outcome that the client was very satisfied with.
