Tourism in Japan is highly popular in Thailand, especially due to its seasonal scenery and food—an experience not available in Thailand. However, most Thai tourists prefer to visit major cities, while secondary cities remain largely unknown. To address this, we came up with a way to promote these cities through their equally beautiful and charming local food, culture, and nature. We organized seminars to provide information about Japan to Thai travel companies and developed the JNTO B2B website to serve as a comprehensive source of information. The goal was to boost collaboration between the tourism sectors of both countries.
We organized a total of three seminars. The topics covered hotels, regional travel, and luxury tourism. We also managed the B2B website to attract more Thai travel companies to join as members. Members received news updates via email. In addition to managing the website’s content, we also provided guidance to users, making them aware of the benefits of using the site.
In planning the seminars, we worked closely with the client on content creation to ensure the information was as comprehensive as possible. We also redesigned the registration page to be more appealing to attract more tour companies to attend.
